The frame number can be found in several positions depending on the model:
However, we recommend that you use the serial number when communicating with us or your FOCUS dealer.
This is the only way we can identify the bike at a later date.
It is also an individual number and can be found on a sticker on the underside of the top or down tube.
It is advisable to state both numbers when registering your bike for the extended warranty.
