What do I do in the event of a warranty claim?
Guarantee or warranty claims must be handled by an authorised FOCUS dealer. It is therefore necessary to contact your FOCUS dealer in the first instance. They will strive to find a solution as quickly as possible.
As the seller, they are your legally binding contractual partner and therefore responsible for all your needs regarding warranty, advice and repairs.
Of course, claims can also be processed by another authorised FOCUS dealer, provided they are willing to do so.
